As 2024 came to a close, along with it were the continuous efforts and proud achievements of the TESFA team. To honor these contributions and ignite passion for 2025, on January 23, 2025, TESFA organized a special Year End Party (YEP) 2024, with the theme “Where Stars Gather.”
Before the Party
The atmosphere before the event was filled with excitement and anticipation. Each TESFA member was a shining “star,” and tonight, they would shine brighter together. Elegant attire and bright smiles all blended to create a beautiful picture.
Opening the Celebration
To begin the party, TESFA company representatives – Mr. Nguyen Quang Vu, CEO, and Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan, Deputy Director, shared their heartfelt messages. They highlighted the memorable milestones of 2024 and expressed their great expectations for 2025. Their speech served as a “lighthouse,” guiding TESFA’s “stars” to continue reaching new heights.
Honoring “The Brightest Stars”
The most solemn and meaningful moment of the evening was the ceremony honoring individuals and teams with outstanding achievements in 2024. The company leadership presented well-deserved awards for their efforts and contributions. This was not only recognition of achievements but also great motivation for each individual and team to continue striving harder in the new year.
The title of “Best Department” was awarded to the TESFA Sales Department – “stars” who always put forth their best efforts, bringing “massive” revenue to the company.
Additionally, equally important awards recognized two staff members, Huynh Ngoc Thong and Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, who have been dedicated to TESFA for 5 years. These awards marked memorable milestones in their journeys as individuals who have contributed to making TESFA’s “sky” increasingly vast and strong.
TESFA’s “Sky” Welcomes New “Stars”
During the program, TESFA also announced key personnel appointments for 2025. The two new appointments were:
- Mr. Huynh Ngoc Thong appointed as Manager, responsible for managing TESFA’s Sales Department
- Mr. Van Viet Minh Thong appointed as Leader, responsible for leading the sales team at TESFA’s Central Region branch
This important event demonstrated the leadership’s confidence in the capabilities and potential of the staff. At the same time, these appointments brought new opportunities and challenges, requiring each individual to continuously learn and improve to meet the increasing demands of their work.
Lucky Draw
One of the most anticipated parts of the YEP program was the lucky draw. Attractive, valuable prizes were awarded to the lucky winners. An atmosphere of excitement and joy filled the entire venue.
Warm Tet Gifts
Meaningful Tet gifts were presented to all employees as a token of appreciation and New Year wishes for peace and happiness from TESFA.
Closing the “Star-Studded Night”
TESFA’s YEP 2024 has concluded, but its echoes will remain in everyone’s hearts. This was not just an occasion to summarize the past year but also an opportunity for each TESFA member to feel connected, experience team spirit, and together aim for a successful and brilliant 2025.
