Job Description
Provide consultation on products and solutions for customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to offer the most suitable solutions for clients.
Conduct machine inspections, customer consultations, quotations, order processing, and other tasks related to sales and after-sales service.
Maintain relationships with existing clients while developing and expanding new customer networks.
Monitor order processes, ensure timely delivery, and support customers with technical issues during equipment installation.
Job Requirements
0–2 years of work experience.
College or university degree in technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
Foreign language skills and athletic activities are considered a plus.
Basic knowledge of automation products such as PLC, HMI, Inverter, etc.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
Proficient in document preparation and presentation.
Preference given to candidates currently working in factories who wish to shift to a technical consulting environment.
