On November 22, 2024, at A4-5 Nguyen Sinh Sac Street in Da Nang city, TESFA Company Ltd. in collaboration with the Drives Division of ABB Vietnam organized a seminar on: “Energy Saving Solutions with ABB Drives & Electric Motors.”
The seminar was attended by representatives from both companies along with leading experts on drives and electric motors from ABB. Additionally, the seminar welcomed more than 30 representatives from businesses, factory partners, and customers from various sectors who share a common interest in energy conservation and production optimization.
Opening Ceremony
At the beginning of the seminar, TESFA’s representative – CEO Nguyen Quang Vu delivered a speech: “First of all, I would like to extend my respectful greetings and most sincere thanks to all of you who have taken your valuable time to attend today’s seminar. Energy Optimization
At the seminar, Mr. Duong Thanh Tri – Head of Services, representing ABB Drives Division emphasized: “In a world facing challenges of energy scarcity and environmental protection, finding energy-saving solutions in production operations has become one of the key factors to ensure sustainability and enhance our competitive capacity.”
The expert from ABB also listed factors affecting the global environment such as Net Zero, factory emissions, and the greenhouse effect. These are macro factors that cannot be changed overnight, but we can only work together to gradually reduce them day by day. Along with this, Mr. Tri also introduced the outstanding features of ABB equipment that help save energy.
Production Maximization
To further clarify the impact of equipment on factory energy savings, Mr. Tu Anh Vu – Head of Southern Services Department introduced the 4 key T.E.A.M factors that cause energy loss, seriously affecting production operations and incurring costs. Mr. Vu also presented motor maintenance solutions provided by ABB to help maintain the lifespan and operational stability of factory equipment.
